I like to wake up right now every morning and do some yoga asanas , That is what helps me to gain the right energy and not being under stress . My world is changing due to yoga and I like it .

Today I finally have been on the beach. Here you could buy the fresh juices and enjoy the sun and water. I took oil with me in order to get better suntan but also to protect my gentle skin.
