I like the books of Tolkien and I started watching the TV show “ The rings of Power “ , it is very interesting one and I liked the plot ! Like a fan of fantasy I enjoyed that product much !

I meditate right now everyday and that helps me to have my mental heath in a normal state . I like the relaxation and enjoy that I get rid of my anxiety at that time .

I have got a birthday and I like it so much , I like to get older, I am not afraid of my age. I feel good and healthy now and was glad to be in the circle of my close people and family !

I have walked in the park yesterday and I was so glad to see how Kiev is looking. That city has been through many hard times this year but it made the population of it much stronger now .

I think that it is good that many of my friends return to Kiev, it is better where you belong. War is not going to be forever and we live on our land, so why not to come back.

I have met with a few of my friends in the café. They returned from France, as the people say “ it is good abroad , but better home “ . I was so glad to meet them.

I work in Kiev during this hard time, as well as my family . They have got business here and sure right now it is harder to get profit , but we pay taxes and help government in such a hard time.

My granny is doing right now much better, she come back to Kiev right now and she is doing fine. I think that the hardest time has go away and now we could breathe with relief.

My granny is feeling better but we are thinking now about moving her to Poland , she needs to have less stress in her life and in such a way her state would be much better .

I often come to my granny because we live nearby and she needs medications all the time, hear health is not so good due to the stress. So I am helping her the way I can.

I have got a lot of clothes which I do not wear any more so I take it to the volunteer center where it all would be given to those who need it .

Today I have got a haircut , first of the whole month and that was a great feeling . I like how good my hair looks right now and it seems like I have lost some burden of my shoulders .
