Tried a new type of dessert at a trendy patisserie yesterday. Japanese souffle pancakes. Oh, it is a discovery for me! I am not sure it's very tasty but no doubts it was original and deserved a try!

After my taking part in cooking workshop I got an inspiration to cook a lot! My son says that he cannot eat so much, but I can't stop cooking :) Today it will be "Shu" scones :)

This week started wonderfully! I met my old girlfriend this evening and we had a pleasant time together walking and chatting. We were caught by rain, but it was not a problem. I am really very glad :)
