I was so sleepy today. I didn’t go to the shelter at night but I had to sleep in the corridor as there was the siren. I followed the rule of two walls.

The weather was very warm and sunny and I enjoyed a good walk. I decided to walk instead of taking a bus. The sun was shining and the air was so fresh!

I didn’t feel good all day long. I had terrible headache, then I felt sick. I stayed at home, I took a nap. I feel like they were the blood pressure issues.

I cooked sausages and rice for dinner. I was hungry and it was really good to eat. The power was on so I was able to cook. I don’t like eating sandwiches.

I got new bottles for water. I change them from time to time, as they become dirty and it is hard to clean them. The bottled water supply is a necessary thing.

I was shocked to read the news in the morning, there was horrible massive attack and there are blackouts all over the country now. I was quick to do the chores.

I went for a walk today but I was about to freeze. It was +10 degrees and the sun was shining but the wind was so strong that I was about to be blown away! Very cold!

I was having a lot of night dreams but when I woke up I forgot them all. Anyway, I felt rested. I feel like I watch movies when I sleep, I have a lot of dreams.

I enjoyed some dark chocolate today. I got a nice chocolate bar, it has high cocoa percentage. I prefer dark chocolate to milk one.

The horrible attack happened in Zaporozhye! I was in the shelter and I was able to hear loud explosions. I wonder when this violence will be over. I wish I had an answer.

I had a day off and I enjoyed it. I went for a walk, I made more than 10 thousands steps and I came back home tired but very happy. I love walking and breathing fresh air.
