I decided to make cheese pancakes today. The dough came out liquid. Added flour. It got dry. Added an egg, it became too sticky. Finally diluted everything with milk and baked usual pancakes!))

Yesterday I chatted with a friend in the video messenger for almost 2 hours! She lives in another city. What a great way to be together, even when you are far away. Very cheered up!

Tomorrow I will celebrate Christmas with my parents and then come back to Petersburg. There are near 250 km in a road, and I usually travel by train. This year it was really hard to catch a ticket!
