This morning I started to paint again. All my paintings were burnt in Mariupol and till now I had no inspiration. But this spring are full of surprises! First flowers and blooming trees on my paper!

Today I woke up in so happy mood and full of joy! Meditation before sleep makes my life much better! Lately I understood that gym exercises, ellipse, yoga and meditation make me full of sweet energy!

On Monday I started working with a personal trainer at the gym. Tomorrow will be the third time and I can't wait any longer! It gives me magical energy and I feel great and more confident in myself!
