Today I worked out in Yin yoga in gym. I enjoyed of slow-paced stretching, deep breaths during exercising in it. Such style of yoga warms up and relief the tension. I want to advance in it. Feb. 21

Oh what a hot day! I am running every morning no matter what the weather is. I am so proud of myself, all because I did a great job preparing my body to the summer bikini season! :) Jul. 14
