I went for an outdoor workout this morning! So far it’s only +5 outside and I was worried about my throat and my condition in general, but everything was perfect, it gave me a lot of energy!

Found a recipe for homemade granola and made a batch. I like granola for breakfast, but I don't like the price and sometimes the ingredients. So making it myself I now enjoy an ideal granola!

Participated in a charity run recently, raising funds for a cause of helping palliative children. The sense of accomplishment while crossing the finish line was exhilarating, I should say.
